The meaning of reality according to the dictionary is: ‘the state of things as they actually exist, as opposed to an idealistic or notional idea of them… What is your actual existence? What is your reality today??? Are you finding yourself on the fence between reality sucks and my reality is mine to create….or are you more definite and sure about how you perceive and experience reality?

Well either way…..reality can be harsh, cruel, smack-in-the-face and just blatantly terrifying! Yes the realness of life is for sure not always sunshine and roses…..but what if we perceive realism out of a perspective of a moment rather than a lifetime? You see when we focus on the real beauty in the moment, we are realizing the worth of it before it becomes but a memory….. search for the beauty in every moment…..it is there to find, it is there to experience….even in the darkest reality, a beautiful moment is waiting to be found…..almost like hide-and-seek……what do search for when you play this game…..the unknown, the darkness…..NO…. you search for the known, the light, the happiness and when you find it, wow what a moment, what a memory what a reality!!!!!

What is the dialog you have with your reality?
Are you giving more “screentime” to your scary or blatant reality, is this all your talking about and trying to reason with???? I am not saying live a naive life by ignoring the dark reality that will always come and go….. but choose to communicate the beauty that can be found in your reality…….because you see our human reality cannot compare or overturn or overshadow God’s reality…..His reality is one of hope,  blessings, gratitude, love, forgiveness and living a life by choice of how you are working with whatever reality you are facing right now……what is the hope, blessing, gratitude, love or forgiveness part of your reality…..do you want to find it????? Then go and search,  its yours to keep!

We are truly smack in die middle of the most uncertain times most of us have ever experienced or ever will….. This uncertainty is not only limited to one adress, ons region or one country…..it is stretched out across the world! Each of us experience this uncertainty in our own unique way with our own set of individual hurdles and dark, unknown spaces. Sometimes it might feel so overwhelming, like a never-ending roller-coaster that is never the same each time around……..

Are your struggling with this darkness of uncertainty, not knowing what this day never mind tomorrow will bring? Don’t feel alone, all of us….YES your are hearing that statement correctly…..all of us deal with uncertainty, no one is exempt from this emotion!  We are all unified in that we share this feeling, and that is were the miracle lies!!!! We can help each other in understanding different coping mechanisms, share our own stories, emphasize, help, listen, console and just be a mirror of what the other side of that darkness called uncertainty can look like!

Yes uncertainty will most likely come and go as night and day does, but instead of giving up all our energy on what is most certainly uncertain in our lives, why not rather invest your time and energy on reminding yourself what is certain! What is certain now, today
…what is positively certain, what is good now, what is full of light, what is in the works of becoming a rainbow after the storm? Reminding ourselves of this daily won’t lead to the intolerance of uncertainty that will most likely lead to anxiety. Even though you are on this uncertain weird, dark rollercoaster…….the certain thing of it is at least you know you are on the ride, not as a spectator but as a participant! Instead of closing your eyes and waiting for the ride to be over, force them open, look around you, look up…… there you will most certainly see light…..Thee Light. He creates light in the most darkest uncertain places, and created you with the ability to experience light too….just open your mind and search for it…..it might be in the smallest detail; like the beauty of a butterfly,  or your childs arms around you, the smell of fresh coffee, the sound of rain on the window or the feeling of sunshine on your face!!!!

Yes there is uncertainty,  yes there is darkness, but there is most definitely also alot of positively light certainties! I just love how this qoute summarize it so well:

“Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.” — Albus Dumbledore 

Look up, look around on this ride called life…..and trust on the Light of all Lights to shine through your darkness!
